These Terms of Service govern your use of Nōte — a fragrance recommendation app available on iOS, Android, web, and Telegram. By using Nōte in any form, you agree to these terms. They are written to be clear, fair, and easy to understand.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Nōte. By using this service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian awareness before using Nōte.
Nōte is available globally, subject to your local laws and the platform terms of the app store or messaging service through which you access it (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Telegram).

Nōte does not guarantee that any recommended fragrance will suit you perfectly. Fragrance is highly subjective and personal. Our recommendations are based on AI analysis of your quiz answers and are intended as informed suggestions, not guarantees.
You may use Nōte as a guest (one-time quiz, no saved profile) or create a free account to unlock basic saving features. A Premium subscription unlocks the full feature set.
If you create an account, you are responsible for:
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their knowledge.
Nōte Premium is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or Telegram Stars depending on your platform and region.
A 7-day free trial is available for new Premium subscribers. After the trial, your selected plan billing begins automatically. You may cancel during the trial period at no charge.
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full Premium access until that date.

Any quiz answers, profile information, or other inputs you provide to Nōte remain yours. We do not claim ownership over your personal content.
By using Nōte, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your inputs solely to generate your fragrance recommendations and improve the service. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information such as passwords, financial details, government IDs, or health data through the quiz or any Nōte input field.
All content that makes up the Nōte experience — including but not limited to the app name, logo, brand identity, quiz questions, recommendation logic, conversation flows, UI design, and written content — is the intellectual property of Nōte's creator and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of Nōte's content or systems without our explicit written permission.
Fragrance names, brand names, and product descriptions referenced in recommendations are the property of their respective owners. Nōte is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any fragrance brand unless explicitly stated.
Nōte is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We specifically do not warrant that:
Your use of Nōte is at your own discretion and risk. We strongly encourage sampling a fragrance before purchasing a full bottle.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nōte and its creator, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Nōte shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using Nōte and delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing [email protected].
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Nōte at any time for any of the following reasons:
In cases of serious violations, termination may be immediate and without refund. Upon termination, your right to use Nōte ceases immediately and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Nōte shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.
If you are located outside the United States, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of New Jersey courts for any disputes, while acknowledging that local consumer protection laws in your region may also apply.
We may update these Terms of Service as Nōte evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify active users via the app or email at least 14 days before changes take effect.
Your continued use of Nōte after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you may cancel your account before they take effect.
